- Didnt seem like they had cleaned the floors or surfaces, blobs of shampoo on side and hairs on floor. Quite far from main stuff and taxis seemed hard to get here, they do have scooters but none available when we were there.

Very comfy bed. Space to work out, gym equipment was old and not working but range of weights was ok.

Overall it’s a cheap hotel, staff are really nice and helpful. Room itself was very dated, wasn’t overly clean, both the shower and beds were borderline usable. Safe in room was handy, laundry service was good bonus for backpackers and great mopeds to rent from the reception. Location again was okay, but using a moped really helped. Overall, wasn’t the worst, wasn’t the best, but for the price it’s tough to complain to much.
Bed was very very firm, to the point my friend couldn’t sleep on his barely during his 3 day stay. Facilities are very dated, shower was poorer than most hostel showers, air conditioning was very loud and was also very dated.
The staff are amazingly kind and the hotel is extraordinary good value as it has a gym, pool, motorbike rental (I rented a beautiful and brand new 2021 year model motorbike) and the rooms hold a good and comfortable standard.
The staff were helpful and assisted in ordering food and booking taxi when needed. The price was also very affordable with a 24hour gym.
Location wise the hotel is kind of secluded making it difficult to walk to places.
All staff were very helpful and friendly. We rented mopeds from hotel to ride around which made all much easier. We all have very positive memories.

staff were very helpful and friendly, always said hello and smiling while passing to leave or when we entered. Room was spotless and cleaned every day despite COVID. Gym had all the equipment needed for a good workout and had a lovely outside seating area. didn’t use the pool but it looked very relaxing. Would return

The people in the reception and all the service were very good and they are very friendly and great people, specially the manager she is a very nice and helping person. The room is clean and comfortable always.
I really did not like the way of the owner of the hotel with Booking management to handle the payment of the covid test and other payment. it was very frustrating and not professional at all, which caused me lots of trouble and complication already before I travel.
The location was perfect for everything. The view is very pleasant and calming. Access to all parts of phuket city, town and outskirts with a maximum of 25-30mins on a bike. Renting a bike was made easy by staff. With 7/11 just below and daily fresh markets and a range of street foods. I would highly recommend this place. The satff were friendly and helpful at all times and always had a smile, cheers to Team at Oyo 241 Rattana Sakdidet! Well done guys.

The location was perfect! Many great street food restaurants and a 7/11 close by, every morning fresh markets. Great access to different areas in phuket. The staff were friendly & helpful. All in all a great stay. I would definitely recommend Oyo 241 Rattana Sakdidet. ??
